Our flights did not connect in Newark due to weather. Booked this place at last minute. We must just have missed the shuttle, because we had to wait for around 40 minutes in the damp cold evening night. We did not dare go inside to warm up not to lose our place in line. When the shuttle arrived , we barely had room inside. Actually some were left behind for lack of space. check in was a breeze with the digital key. Bed was comfortable , breakfast was good and shuttle the next day went well. i would definitely stay here again if the same circumstances would arise .

Surprisingly good. It's a hotel by the airport. My expectations were not high. I needed clean, easy, comfortable. I got clean, easy, and comfortable. Shuttle was fine in the morning but reserve in advance. I read a lot of reviews for EWR hotels and this seemed best of the lot and I wasn't disappointed relative to my expectations. Would have been better if their was a dinner restaurant but c'est la vie.

My husband and I booked the park and fly package and stayed for one night before flying from the Newark Airport. My husband parked his brand new truck in a spot behind the hotel as advised by the front desk person who checked us in. The spot had no signage nor was it blocked off. When we returned to the hotel after our 5 day trip to get our vehicle my husband noticed the truck was not in the spot he parked in. We had the keys with us and I thought it was completely impossible they would move our vehicle without trying to contact us. No email, no phone call, no text. I proceeded to ask the front desk person if it was possible it was moved and they laughed at us saying “we do not move cars” and “how could we move it without your keys”. My husband was insistent it was moved and emailed the hotel the next morning. He received an email back stating it was moved because they could not get to their dumpster. Still not mentioning why the spot was not blocked off and how the truck was moved. Towing a vehicle can cause damage if that was the case. They could have at least left a note on the car to let us know they moved it in case there was an issue, instead they LIED about it!!! He has tried to reach someone to speak with them regarding how the truck was moved and why we weren’t contact and has not received a call back or even a return email. This whole situation is so shady. They moved a 60k truck without any contact and then denied doing it. Bad bad business. I am a Hilton honors diamond member and use the Hilton brand quite frequently and I am extremely dissatisfied with this whole situation. I would not trust this hotel and would never stay there again.

Can’t say enough about how genuinely caring these folks are… we suffered a medical emergency in the lobby as we we’re checking in.. staff called emergency personnel and we were taken to a local ER…The staff was very supportive and hotel manager Mina refunded our charges for our room as we were in ER all night…this is our go to Newark airport hotel… THE BEST!!

Horrible experience. I stayed there before however this time was by far the worst. The elevators weren't working. First 1 was down at 830 a.m I waited 20 min and when it came it was packed. With flu and respiratory illness around noone should get on that elevator . When I left at 10 30 I waited 25 min with no elevator. I called front desk twice. They told me to take the stairs. Sure! A senior with suitcases. I insisted someone come up to help me. My uber was waiting and charged me for waiting time. The breakfast area didn't look clean. I wanted a bath which I was denied. The entire experience was unexceptable. About 15 guests were taking stairs from top floor down. Really poor service. Never again
